PLEASE NOTE: All of the chart analyses involved are not calculated instantly by computer programs as we provide a quality individualized service to you. Therefore, time is required to analyse & complete each chart prior to consulting with you.
For Personal Feng Shui Services, approximately 1 week (minimum) lead time is required from ordering to receiving chart/consultation unless otherwise advised.

Property Feng Shui Consultation
  
This consultation consists of two visits to your property
- First visit is to do the analysis & provide recommendations
- Second visit is to review the recommended changes made and any results/changes you may have experienced since implementation
Visit 1 includes the following:
- Introduction and discussion on Feng Shui culture, benefits and main philosophies
- Discussion of your particular issues, areas of concern and expectations
- All external aspects of property assessed for form, energy flow and colour
- All internal aspects of property assessed for form, energy flow and colour
- Compass reading of property conducted
- Land and floor plan Feng Shui chart drawn up based on compass reading
- Assessment of property layout against the Feng Shui chart
- Assessment of all occupants orientations, relationships and influences against the Feng Shui chart
- Recommendations given for occupants & areas-form, colour, activity
- Photos taken for Audit Report
- Final discussion, questions and answers etc
- Booking of Visit 2
- Post consultation review-audit will be reviewed at our office to ensure all recommendations are covered. Any new recommendations found during the review will be sent to you immediately.
Visit 2 includes the following: (this visit is to be scheduled within 1 month ofVisit 1)
- Delivery of full report which lists recommendations and photos
- Review of property and implemented changes/cures
- Discussion of any changes after cures were implemented
- Final questions and answers
Fee is charged at an hourly rate of $150 per hour, however we quote for each property individually as there are many factors to take into account such as floors, size, activities & occupants etc.
For an average one storey 4 bedroom house, the approximate total time for this consultation would be 6 hours. (This time includes post consultation review and re-visit)
Once we give you a quote for your property this will be the fixed fee and won’t change unless you ask for more advice further to what was booked and agreed to prior to the consultation day.

Property Re-Check Consultation
There are many things that can change the feng shui of a property. Apart from changes that we make via renovations or changing layouts, there are also several energies that change over time in a Property Feng Shui Chart.
If you haven’t done any structural or layout changes, this consultation is best to be booked yearly, usually one year after your initial consultation.
Or, if you have done renovations or are planning to do them and have had a Full Property Feng Shui Consultation, then this consultation would be good to book to ensure that you continue to enjoy feng shui harmony. It is strongly suggested that you book prior to making major changes, unless you have already received prior advice in your initial consultation.
This consultation will consist of one visit where the following will be conducted:
- All external aspects of property re-assessed for form, energy flow and colour
- All internal aspects of property re-assessed for form, energy flow and colour
- Compass reading of property re-checked
- Assessment of changes made or planned (if any)
- Recommendations given for occupants & areas-form, colour, activity
- Photos taken for Audit Report
- Final discussion, questions and answers etc

Personal Re-Check Consultation
After having a Personal Consultation you will usually find that a yearly check is beneficial.
Also if you have changed career path, relationships or have been involved in any other major changes or disruptions such as moving house or sickness then a re-check is recommended.
All aspects of your chart (as per your original consultation) will be reviewed.
Fee for this consultation will be based on $150 per hour and a fixed fee will be quoted on enquiry. For a Re-check on a Full chart the approximate time will be 1 to 1.5 hours.
